They have created a hostile work environment for many employees. * Management - They have degrees but very little work experience. Most are not qualified to manage. *Staff - Majority of the employees have just got out of school for coding. They do not have the knowledge yet. *Externs - Always has multiple externs cause that is free labor for them. Extern work is never reviewed. They workas if they are employed. * Benefits - NONE *Vacation - One week *Pay - Not at market standard
