Small company, small minded - Front Desk Synergy Medical (FL) Employee Review

This is a small integrated practice in Bradenton Florida. It is run by a husband and wife who will tell you that they offer benefits. They offer $110.00 per month towards your health insurance costs and it is not pre-tax money. They will tell you that there are bonuses, after working there for 14 months I never received any bonus. Get everything in writing. The pay rate I was offered was changed without my knowledge or consent. Poor employee relations, husband and wife bicker in front if staff and patients. Policies are changed without notice or communication. Deceitful business practices.
