Horrible Underwriting Team, horrible COO and entire Leadership Team, as COO over powering micromanager, who acts like she owes the company, over the actual owners of the company. She doesn't allow her executive or senior management team to make any decisions about anything at all without her knowing and approval. She actually requires this of executive or senior management that does not even report up to her.
Corporate Underwriting & Processing Departments have no clue what they are doing. Loan Transition Team and corporate employee loan team was making progress until the COO made the changes stop and everything go back to the horrible ways of not being educated on their job functions and no follow-up communication. Late closing loans, even employee loans with no care from senior management or executive teams. The Worst place to work if you are Senior Management or above, especially if you have been and want to continue to be a good leader, because they will not let you! Horrible~
