Pros
Nothing much to say for pros.
Cons
- Significant gap between expectations set during the interview and actual working. - High employee turnover within a short period (1 - 2 months), leading to unstable team structure. - Frequent redistribution of responsibilities due to manpower shortages, resulting in workload beyond initial job scope. Employees are forced to take up workload from other departments due to lack of manpower. - Concerns regarding timely salary payments and clarity of EPF/KWSP contributions. I head from other employees that their EFP/KWSP were not processed since last year November 2025. How would you expect you employees to still say nice things about the company when this action is actually...considered illegal? - Limited action taken when employees raise concerns, leading to low productivity in work. If timelines are not met, then the responsibility is on you. - Unsupportive working culture and communication challenges across teams. The culture here is heavily relying on blaming games. The ball kept throwing to different departments until there is no conclusion. No team bonding or activities, no benefit. Late claims to be processed as well.
