b. A key factor in our growth is the strong foundation of trust between our employees and management. This demonstrates a supportive work environment, which directly contradicts the statement “one employee left in a week”.
c. As you are not part of our team, we question the source of your information.
d. If you were a former employee, please provide the names of the employees you claim left.
3. Micromanagement
a. We categorically deny any claim of excessive micromanagement.
b. More than 80% of our team members have been with the company for more than one year and they did not claim for micromanagement culture.
4. AI Agency Claims
a. Our team, especially those with longer tenure, understand our definition and implementation of an "AI-based marketing agency."
