Pros

Only good thing here is the people i worked with. They are truly Great 👍

Cons

1. Salary not on time. Even they don't have any fixed date. If you ask them, they will say within next week. Something months goes without salary. 2. Notice period of company os two months. Yet they dont provide the salary of last month. If you ask them they will reply, u will get it in 2 3 days... But in the end they don't 3. If your notice period is before eid, they will not provide you eid bonus although its not written in the contact 4. They don't turn on the light to save electricity bill, the office stays dark all the time and it's very depressing. After saving lots of bill yet unable to pay employee 5. No snacks or lunch facilities, although they promised thousands time. 6. If u are able to oil the higher authority, u will be the best employee of the universe

Pros

The company is not bad as an organization, but it doesn't apply equally to everyone. If you're a fresher, a junior-level employee, or a student/graduating from BUET, then you can consider joining here.

Cons

If someone has more than 6-7 years of professional experience, I would advise caution before joining this organization. The company has an influential group of 4-5 senior members, each of whom heads a different department. Based on my long-term observations, I've noticed that they don't help employees get promoted to higher positions, and the likelihood of such opportunities arising in the future is extremely limited. While the owners of the company are sincere, this group misguides them in various ways (essentially keeping up the "eye wash"), which often hides the real situation. I've seen that after a certain point, senior employees’ career development is hindered by various excuses. Overall, the work environment in the company is generally positive, but personal relationships and sycophancy are valued more than actual performance. Recognitions like "Good Performer" or "Best Employee" are usually confined to this specific group. The credit for successful projects is often distributed among themselves, while the development team is left to bear the responsibility for any issues. Given these reasons, I decided to leave the organization after a few years. Later, I joined a company where senior employees are properly valued, and opportunities for career growth are assured.
