- coordination between teams, and sometimes within teams can be improved (but this is actively being worked on) - the boston office is not dog friendly :( (This is not a company priority, afaik)

I started working at Synex two months ago, and it's been a great experience. Our leaders are thoughtful and organized, and our team is welcoming and hardworking. We're doing really interesting work, and there's a lot of opportunities to grow and contribute. We're also very supportive of rest, time spent with family, vacations, etc.

No major ones so far - some ambiguity (as is typical for startups), which could be a con for some. Personally, I like the opportunity to build and create. We're working on diversifying our candidate pool to improve our gender diversity because it's not very well balanced right now.
