Cons
- Over the last few years, benefits weren't great and there wasn't an immense focus on the employee experience BUT we've already seen many changes come from HR (better onboarding, better benefits - for less cost, they've hired a comp & employee experience person to evaluate salary/bonus structures/manager training/onboarding etc.) - One of the best parts of working for Synoptek was the comradery in the office and training events. Covid naturally took that away, but we've been able to embrace more flexibility and leaders are getting creative in thinking about ways to bring people together for fun, unrelated to work, activities.
