      Pros

      Family friendly work environment. Everybody works hard, but everybody gets along great. Lots of support from co-workers when you are new to the job.

      Cons

      Most jobs are only 2 hours a day for a total of 10 hours a week. This is great for the HubZone, but not great if you need full-time or are looking for something permanent.

      Pros

      As I work another 30 hour a week job, they allow me to adjust my schedule to perform both, comfortably. Also, when my mom was sick, they allowed me to work remotely, so I could be with her.

      Cons

      As a Part-timer, there is no room for advancement.
