Horrible company - Cartographic Analyst Syntelligent Analytic Solutions Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Syntelligent prides itself on placing our employees first. Syntelligent takes all claims of improper behavior very seriously. Syntelligent has and will continue to escalate valid complaints made by our employees. For employees who are placed on contractor’s site and experience misconduct or mistreatment by non-Syntelligent employees, Syntelligent escalates such claims to the prime contractor level as necessary. Records show that Syntelligent conducted an initial investigation in the past on behalf of employees at the prime contractor level. After initial investigation and escalation to the prime contractor level, Syntelligent received confirmation that the subject of the investigation was counseled, and actions were taken to remedy and satisfy the situation. Unfortunately, Syntelligent does not have insight to external investigations beyond the communications shared with us and cannot direct how investigations are handled outside of Syntelligent business practices. Syntelligent will continue to place emphasis on open lines of communication and open-door channels throughout the company.
