Syntero, unlike other companies I’ve worked for, actually valued and cared for their employees. Rather than just pay lip service to that idea, when the pandemic hit they really leaned hard into self care, modifying case loads, providing staff support, and overall supporting employees. I felt connected to my team as well as the overall company. Even the CEO gets to know the front line employees and reached out on a regular basis.
