There was an incident of a co-worker who spoke critically and toxically to a co-worker, while also maintaining a poor professional attitude often, and non-productivity was common due to an immature attitude and laziness. In addition, the company recruits mainly through acquaintances and friends of the executives. Although the environment in general was quite good, the company does not seem to give its employees the opportunities they are looking for and does not give them freedom and flexibility in what they do.
