Pros
The fact that there is a lot of work and few resources allows our work and our value to be seen and felt, which is why they hand out annual awards.
Cons
As it was common practice for there to always be too much work beyond the 40-hour week and too few resources, many people felt burnout and quit. Middle managers had very bad relationships with each other, which created a bad atmosphere.
