Pros

Worked with a number of talented people at this company

Cons

A company who is only concerned with growing through acquisition and not developing or supporting their existing staff. They buy IT businesses and ultimately the staff end up leaving and so do the customers. Public humiliation in front of peers is a regular occurrence from the top which is frankly embarrassing for all involved. Most of the staff are in a constant state of fear about who was going to get “both barrels” next.

Pros

I have been with SysGroup for over 2 years now and in that time it has transformed itself into an AI led business that is genuinely pushing the boundaries of what teams can do. In finance, everyone is encouraged to use technology to improve the way we work and challenge the status quo. The company's willingness to improve and change gives constant opportunities for people to develop within their roles. The culture in the business is genuinely positive, supportive and collaborative. All of this makes SysGroup a great place to work.

Cons

I have no significant concerns about the business.

Pros

Genuinely cannot think of any.

Cons

Sold a dream in the interview process. I've never worked for a company this dysfunctional. No strategy, no alignment, no culture, Toxic! The chairman is running the sales team, thinks he's the Wolf of Wall Street, but couldn't sell ice to an Eskimo. It's amazing what happens when you've got money! If he doesn't like you, you've got a hex on you. I would avoid this place at all costs.
