Pros

I've been at SysLogic long enough to see many people come and go, organizational changes, good years and not so good years. Overall my impression is very positive. The management team is laser focused on continual improvement and is consistently transparent with the entire organization on goals. As a consultant you are empowered to perform at a high level, and those that do will find both flexibility and support to improve their skills. At the same time SysLogic provides great work/life balance for employees and is very accommodating to personal needs while still meeting client goals. Team members work with large global Fortune 500 enterprises to small non-profits and everything in between. The delivery team works closely with the sales team to bring in work that is both a good fit, and desirable by those who will be performing it. If there is something specific you want to do (for example: some travel), and you are able to assist in making that happen, then SysLogic is a great environment to facilitate this. Mileage will vary, but over my years I have had very little non-billable/bench time and even then had engaging internal projects to work on. Unlike other consulting firms I am familiar with, SysLogic provides a lot of stability for their consultants.

Cons

Very few cons. Sometimes changes can take time to implement. The stability of the organization can sometimes lead to general risk aversion that hampers growth.
