Pay is the only good thing about this job. $21 /hr with incentive you can make up to $40 hr but no realistic.

Management does not care about ways to better processes.
Better orders are giving to more experienced selectors(10 yr guy wilp get bulk orders where he had only 5-7 slots to go to on a 200 case order(easy to select) a newer guy(under 5 years) will be stuck with the 150 slot order for a 200 pick order). More slots = more stopping = more time wasted.
