      Pros

      Great pay, lots of optional over time. Good people/management. 4 day work week. Monthly BBQ's or other events. Incentive program for the opportunity to earn more money.

      Cons

      It's a union warehouse which means if you are new, you will be order selecting for many years before you can get an easier job. It's a very physically/mentally demanding job. Not for the weak.

      Pros

      Pay is the only good thing about this job. $21 /hr with incentive you can make up to $40 hr but no realistic.

      Cons

      Management does not care about ways to better processes. Better orders are giving to more experienced selectors(10 yr guy wilp get bulk orders where he had only 5-7 slots to go to on a 200 case order(easy to select) a newer guy(under 5 years) will be stuck with the 150 slot order for a 200 pick order). More slots = more stopping = more time wasted.
