Pros
They're happy to spend on parties and food. Many of the employees are fun, nice people. They are super focused on selling the company - ask for an acceleration clause for your shares if you join.
Cons
Decisions are made by committee and/or CEO/CTO directly - particularly troublesome since they often don't have entire context. They should empower leaders within the ranks. A lot of chaos. Communication problems. Listening problems. Nepotism.
