      Marketing experience great way to learn how to be a good salesman even though the company is based off of a series of lies

      Cons

      Worse company I have ever worked for everything they tell you about your pay and promotion opportunities and ability to grow is a complete lie they say you move up within months but every staff member has been with the company for years and has not progressed at all..

      Pros

      Get to travel to different cities, feels more like a team environment rather than just a typical office job. Room for growth/pay long as you willing to work.

      Cons

      If you’re lazy don’t even bother. This is a high energy, high performing team

      Pros

      This company has a great work environment! Everyday I learn something new and grow to be more successful! I enjoy the challenge and the team support! It is an awesome feeling to wake up and love coming to work knowing that we will have a blast while being encouraged to be the best we can be. The work life balance is great! I truly love working for a company and boss who respects me as a human and important employee of the company! It is a great company to work for and I am excited and grateful to be employed with the TL Direct.

      Cons

      I do not have an cons about the company. If you are like me.... enjoy working hard and want to be encouraged and motivated to go the extra mile and be the best you can be....then this is the place for you!
