Pros
1. They employ literally any random person without proper technical interview session (for people who find it hard to crack interviews) 2. Work/life balance is good but there is not much scope for growth in career
Cons
1. All the good clients left the firm 2. All the good managers and other employees left the firm 3. This firm now works on whims and fancies of a Senior Manager. Reports sent to clients are made on how the Senior manager wants rather than serving quality and technically supported reports 4. Hard work is not appreciated 5. This firm has purposely kept notice period of 2 months. So when an employee wants to change the job, he will forcefully have to pay notice period buyback for atleast 1 month or you might end up losing other opportunities at hand 6. Salary increments cycle is of 15months 7. This firm has literally forced multiple of its employees to reduce their CTCs on the grounds of low performance without providing adequate reason for the same. 8. It is really hard to claim reimbursement of expenses since managers have lots of issues with the same and argue on the expenses incurred 9. Work culture was good in the past but have lately become too bad
