      Pros

      Your pros and cons can depend on your project/division/etc. At my project I have a great work-life balance and opportunity to work with actual technologies. Good medical insurance. Periodical home office is available.

      Cons

      According to current labor market a number of newcomers can get a salary greater than salary of oldcomers even if they have same level of skills. Somewhere people with "fake productivity" (handwaving) can get promotion.
