      Pros

      Good Managment, great team to work in, learned lots of things whilst I was there and made good strong friendships that are still maintained today, lot of technical guys in the team ranging from different skill levels

      Cons

      My time working i did not find any cons to the role, i guess to keep the team motivated some more official vendor training could be offered and better pay to maintain the skills,
