      Flexible hours, Consistent requirements, Great Compensation, Quality and moral character are the basic principles of the company. They back their work 100 percent.

      Cons

      Long hours and high sales pressure. Business is slower during the winter months, which makes compensation amounts smaller. Feedback is sometimes lacking.
