      Pros

      I have become sisters with my co-workers. We help each other out when needed and respect each other. There are times where we might disagree on things but what family members don't. Even though my boss is my boss, they don't treat us different like we are beneath them they treat everybody equal nobody is better than the next.

      Cleanliness of school, excellent resources and curriculum for teachers, great variety of toys and such for children

      Pay not competitive enough, benefits not impressive, long hours, turnover high
