      Company culture has been good, but disappearing with changes in management. The customers are interesting.

      Cons

      T2 has had issues keeping direction for more than a few months. Customer fires are how work gets done.

      Pros

      The job is flexible. There is good communication with management. Get to use hand tools and troubleshooting equipment. I get three weeks off a year, including sick leave.

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a delay when I need help troubleshooting equipment.
