Swim sessions are only 45 mins with 15 min breaks

Management consistently tries to underpay
They do allow under-qualified individuals to teach as they are short staffed
Very disorganized
Very little reception to criticism or negotiation
Pay will be late and amounts will not be proper, they also try not to give you pay stubs but say you are a contractor - makes taxes difficult
Continuously change up system for instructors (how report cards are done, feedback etc.)
