      The most warm and welcoming onboarding I have ever had, the team is warm and friendly and have guided me every step of the way! Amazing pay and perks and great growth potential

      Pros

      TAL has been a great place that is a large company in the industry but also feels close-knit on the inside. Opportunities are given to those that seek it. People are candid and passionate about their work.

      Cons

      Like most financial companies, change can be slow but progress is always happening. Sometimes there can be a dull in communication between management and teams.
