They will pay you less than minimum wage, and they do not respect the inflation rates in your country you don't have any paid leaves for 1 year they don't provide medical or social insurance they will not admit that you're working with them or help you to prove that, at least for the first 6 months they have a very long probation period for 6 months, and you don't have any rights at until you finish this duration they will not provide any paid leave, even if it's a national holiday, they have horrible rotational shifts
