TARA is a truly exciting place to work. The team as currently assembled is comprised of brilliant people who have developed a product that is at the forefront of its industry and continually improving. Company leadership is committed to providing all the resources possible to employees, and all have extensive backgrounds in the industry, making communication easy . The team dynamic is very tight-knit while still being professional. The team itself is diverse; people of many backgrounds work together very cohesively. My experience was that the company was extremely understanding and flexible regarding working hours and time off. The culture of mutual trust and respect at TARA is one of its best intrinsic characteristics.
The facility is state-of-the art and beautiful. It is accessible from Grand Central via the 6 Subway, and the complex where the facility is located runs a shuttle during commuting hours for those who commute from Penn Station.
Cons
Things move fast at TARA, and obviously that is not for everyone. TARA occupies roughly 1/5 of a floor at the complex; with the other portions occupied by other companies, so common areas can sometimes be crowded with their employees.
