Pros

A fun, friendly and supportive working environment. Huge amounts of knowledge about the food & drink world across the team, translating into some fantastic results for some amazing clients - from small start-ups to household names. The team have a great network of contacts and are hard-working and results-focused. I loved working at TASTE.

Cons

Pretty busy and could be stressful at times - just like any other agency I've worked in. But work / life balance is generally good when compared to other PR agencies and staff rarely work late.

Pros

Amy and Neil have created a unique agency culture, where you feel both independent and supported to achieve great results for your clients, yourself and the wider team. They're both super hands on and i felt very welcome and supported in their agency family from day one (unfortunately unusual for a freelancer). At Taste PR you get the oppertunity to work on a huge range of clients across a wide range of disciplines within the industry; event management, photo shoot styling to good old bread and butter press office PR (and much more). I loved being given the opportunity to really own a project (as a freelancer), be client facing and see a project through from start to finish. Working at Taste PR I achieved one of the most successful campaigns I've worked on (to date) and this is due to the hard work of the team and support of senior management.

Cons

Don't suffer in silence. I got the impression from Amy that the well being of her staff is a high priority for her, so be sure to speak up if something is bothering you.
