Pros

Amy and Neil have created a unique agency culture, where you feel both independent and supported to achieve great results for your clients, yourself and the wider team. They're both super hands on and i felt very welcome and supported in their agency family from day one (unfortunately unusual for a freelancer). At Taste PR you get the oppertunity to work on a huge range of clients across a wide range of disciplines within the industry; event management, photo shoot styling to good old bread and butter press office PR (and much more). I loved being given the opportunity to really own a project (as a freelancer), be client facing and see a project through from start to finish. Working at Taste PR I achieved one of the most successful campaigns I've worked on (to date) and this is due to the hard work of the team and support of senior management.

Cons

Don't suffer in silence. I got the impression from Amy that the well being of her staff is a high priority for her, so be sure to speak up if something is bothering you.

Pros

Lots to list but key pros: - Incredible team - everyone works hard, supports each other and has fun while doing so. A real family vibe starting from Amy and Neil the owners all the way through to the interns. Great bunch. - Genuinely passionate, extremely knowledgeable and always on the forefront of latest food and drink trends - what TASTE doesn't know isn't worth knowing. Proven in the client roster and YBF award concept with has grown year on year for the past 8 years - The owners actually live up to the company values they talk about - especially flexible working and encouraging mums back into PR jobs - a breath of fresh air and truly admired - keep it up!

Cons

The only I thing that might be a con for some people is the East London / Hackney location - personally lots of PR agencies are East now and it's great for me living North.
