Pros
1. In my experience, it’s been a great place to grow. It is a large organization and give you room to collaborate across other agencies. 2. Great people company (at least with my team). It been pretty flexible being here and that has contributed to a less stressful environment
Cons
1. Not the best communication from senior management. Layoffs are difficult for anyone but being in an environment that communication isn’t effective can be difficult to regroup and figure out how to move on especially when upper management doesn’t fill that gap. 2. While it’s a good place to grow, i’m not sure if it’s prioritised by management. You grow in terms of next work and skill set but not necessarily job level.
