The organization helps you grow not only professionally, but personally. Training is ongoing and beneficial. You will not find a CEO that cares more for people in his organization.
Cons
You will work hard with this organization. This is not a con, but be prepared to be a hard worker. Communication from your district to home office can be a challenge when in the field.
