Pros
Job security, Christmas party, Relationships with fellow Account Managers, occasionally incentive bonuses are nice but difficult to achieve
Cons
At the end of the day, being profitable is their top priority. Too much emphasis on hitting goals. When reaching a goal means sacrificing integrity, leadership always chooses to sacrifice integrity. Decisions are constantly being made that impact the moral and longevity of employees in a negative way. Employee turnover is high because the work load is too demanding and the compensation is terrible. Breaking down the pay by the hour usually translates into the teens for dollars per hour. They require you to wear business dress with buff shine shoes to do what is essentially a route job. Inappropriate dress attire causes long term physical damage and back problems. Leadership promises personal development but never follows through and District Managers are encouraged to be misleading. The company claims to focus on partnering with locations that will be "blessed" by selling the brand but Territory Consultants become pressured to make the sale to hit their numbers and throw that idea out the window.
