      Reasonable pay Good work colleagues

      Cons

      Too set in their ways. Improvement suggestions are ignored by design department. Staff morale is low. No real flexibility for starting time, come in early and can't leave early. Only a few 'special' people allowed to work from home.

      Friendly culture with strong team collaboration. Great training opportunities, leadership listens to ideas, and every other Friday off is a huge plus for work-life balance.

      Team focused on collaboration and teamwork to reach company goals. Real sense of community within the company. Any work completed is ensured to be completed to the highest standard to satisfy customer requirements.
