Business outlook
Pros
Good Communication and Network with peers, with regular meetings. Clear communication of brand objectives and feedback against it. Good infrastructure for selling within group. Strong and effective admin support (despite it being centrally operated.) Good immediate feedback from senior management.
Cons
A dated environment in need of spend. Was playing 'catch up' with technology (but was at least trying to catch up). Resources shared with the smaller sites can be inconsistent due to the needs of the hub sites.
