      TC doesn’t allow us to remain stagnant at one level, which is great for our career development. There are huge opportunities to grow within TC. We receive regular feedback and have clear roles and responsibilities. The working environment is highly professional, and we get consistent support and guidance from the UK team.

      Pros

      I really like the working environment here at TC. The salary is good and the culture is even better. Everyone here is so supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      The only Con I would say is the Infrastructure which can be improved as per the growth of the company.
