Supportive management team, collaborative work environment, good learning opportunities, flexible scheduling, respectful workplace culture.

No significant cons to mention based on my experience.

I really like the working environment here at TC. The salary is good and the culture is even better. Everyone here is so supportive and encouraging.

The only Con I would say is the Infrastructure which can be improved as per the growth of the company.
