good pay. The good working experience during the probation time. Even if you not a good leaner they will teach as long as you ask more clearly and try..
Cons
If u want to work as marketing , better think twice as they will said got vacancy and once you enter, the 3 months basically is just let you be fun and after that they will assign you to other place you dun like. Also the culture is bad, the relationship is unfriendly and always want to play drama. You will be frustrated during the probation period.
