Pros

* Multiple Project role opportunities on top of existing project * Pride to work with TATA brand and for Ratan Tata * Customers respect and trust towards TCS employee

Cons

1. Poor Compensation at TCS (<50% compare to market 2. Higher grade (>C5) earn Compensation as per market / as per indstri 3. Can not get existing Project release though you find another opportunities 4. HR and Admin behaves like they are owner of the company , where they do not lisent to employee. There were many equality issues. Even there were many Compensation disparity issues. 5. Even though you find onsite opportunities, corresponding Compensation is also like peanuts. Only leaders(>C5) know how to earn Compensation 6. Top management always demonstrate that they value employee as well as Policies. But in reality below C5 grade, employee are disatisfied. Poliche are name sake, only to haress so that employee can leave the TCS, which will achieve objective of shred workforce, which was increased during 100cr staffing scame. Geniun employees are facing it due to wrong doing of those HR heads. * Public news like increment and promotion are applicable till C2 grade. peanuts increment , No promotion for grade C3 and above. * Complete haressment of employees in the name of Retrun to office. Salary deduction based on work from office index. * While hiring HR convey you that performance pay ( monthly as well as quaterly) will be 100% , but when you join it will be in the range of 30%.

- No Good Salary Increment For seniors
