Pros
Good environment if you have a good manager. Broke down the work so it's simple enough and the whole team contributes.
Cons
You can spend years there getting perfect employee reviews, being a help to your team, learn every job in your department, and end up with year end raises of 25 cents. Internal compliances are apperently bad enough that it costs the bank billions in government sanctions, so one week your boss is training you to do more, and the next you are just laid off. It shoves "good culture" down your throat but that culture is hollow when they cancel your insurance 3 days earlier than your paperwork states, meaning your several hundreds of.dollars worth of pills gets withheld from you because they decided 8/31 is basically 8/29. Before being laid off, my only complaint is there was no guidance to move up so take that as you will.
