PTO is unusual. You get 5 weeks PTO but no paid holidays. You can take holidays off but you have to use your PTO to do so. It gives you more flexibility, for example if you want to work memorial day and take off a different day of the year. I think the pay is about average, maybe a bit below average but it evens out with the benefits.
