Family like atmosphere with great bonuses and great leadership from management.

You are in the trucking business so there will be days where you'll have to take your job home with you, which is to be expected.

Personally, the TDC yard location a few minutes from my home is the only plus about this company....

Low pay scale. Not at all what they tell you upon hire Don't believe the hogwash about putting in the miles gets you more cpm. You can't get the extra miles in if TDC doesn't give the miles to you in the first place. You will be put in situations sitting for hours and days, just like being held a "hostage" FOR FREE while you babysit there freight and equipment. Also, TDC hires unqualified people to play the part of "Driver Managers". People that know absolutely nothing about managing Commercial Drivers, and flat out do not care.
