No processes. No training. No direction. No vision. I have seen people argue, cry, walk out and break down. All of the issues are down to he leadership team micromanaging, glory seeking, serving their own self serving agendas and the belief that in order for people to look good, other people have to look bad. There is an inherent cruelty that seethes through the company.
