Cons
This was by far the worst place I have ever worked. The culture is dominated by constant internal meetings that add no value and leave little time to complete actual work. Management does not listen to employees, and progression is not based on merit - your career only moves forward if the CEO personally likes you. There is no space for independent thinking or professional autonomy. Work–life balance is essentially non‑existent. Long days in the office (often 12 hours or more) are treated as normal and expected, making it impossible to maintain a personal life. Leaving was genuinely the best decision I’ve made for my wellbeing and career. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values fairness, boundaries, or a supportive environment.
