I have been absolutely loving my time here at TEAM LEWIS. From leaving a boutique company and joining a global marketing agency, this role has massively contributed to my personal development. Outside of Talent, I have had such amazing exposure to the wider business operations. The UK People team and global teams are awesome. They are all team players and every day, they work so hard in the background to continuously improve and grow the culture here at TEAM LEWIS. We are on a hybrid working structure which works really well. It's nice to have the balance of getting your head down at home and going into a sociable and lively office. The office environment is great - 360 views of London, open office space, everyone is super friendly and all the different departments socialise with each other. Monthly socials! I have experienced so many fun activities because of TL. From Axe Throwing, Go Ape at Battersea, Ice Skating, Flight Club, Drag Social to our Summer and Christmas parties. Opportunities for training and development - Marketing Associates, Sunhub (Training in Lisbon), Global Internal Careers Fair and 'Ask Me Anything' initiative/coaching sessions from our senior leaders across APAC, EMEA and UK. TEAM LEWIS Foundation is one of my favourite things to have ever launched. This has made me become more conscious and proactive in contributing back to local charities and communities. I have had the opportunity to donate £1000 to a charity of my choice and also receive a bonus back. Amazing benefits, good holiday allowance, ability to travel to other offices and even do a secondment! I have a fantastic manager, open and transparent conversations and the ability to get involved in wider projects and create and lead my own initiatives/suggestions. Overall, lots of opportunities to drive your career forward here and have fun whilst doing so!
