Pros
Overall good team culture. I look forward to working with most of my colleagues. Also the team is getting bigger, so nice to know we are expanding with more help. Mix of clients gives me a chance to understand different industries (even those I wasn't interested in before) so it's good for personal learning and portfolio. Can see the management try and organise activities for team welfare and career development training. Most are quite helpful. Others may just not be for me. Also good to have a head of the office who you can see actually cares for us. And can see that there are opportunities for promotions within the team.
Cons
There's can be A LOT to do at work on different accounts on certain days. Might just be the nature of agency life. Sometimes have to work with other teams around the world for projects and can be a bit tiring cos of time differences.
