Pros

I love that I was able to advance as quickly as I did. I was able to move up to ASM in 6 months of working here due to my manager putting her faith in me. I could not be more thankful for the opportunity she and the others in management were able to give me.

Cons

The comp scale is broken. Ever since July of last year, it seems as though I am not making near as much money as I was before. I was making almost $4,500 a month before the change. Now, I am lucky to get to $3,000 a month. I don't know what happened, but I am not happy about it. We have so many things we have to sell and it is making it even harder to make money. I understand that Verizon has certain target they need to hit and that we have to adhere to what they want. However, if it means taking money away from the people who work for them, it doesn't seem fair.

Pros

Super excited to start with Team wireless. Was just laid off with Verizon sadly. But I am here to see how Team wireless is . Coming in with a positive mind.

Cons

Nothing to commit yet as I haven’t started working for the company until December 11th.

Pros

The pay USED to be great. Goals were obtainable if you were a good salesperson. Management stayed off your back if the numbers looked good.

Cons

There is now a "kicker" requirement for every sales KPI. Basically, its just impossible to hit your sales goals because of unrealistic expectations. The new COO that came from TCC is responsible. TCC is a much bigger retailer than Team Wireless, and he was brought here to help with expansion. That's been the only focus, the existing employees were thrown to the dirt. I have been in sales for about 6 years, and when you stop paying your over-achieving staff members a fair wage, they will leave. I have seen my districts staff dwindle in the past few months. The salespeople that were some of the best in the company have left because of the changes in compensation.
