Zero Micromanagement at executive level. Expected to work independently but always you will get the support of BDM. Opportunities are given equally to all in the team to perform.
Cons
The top management keeps fluctuating and does not have a sturdy discipline for sales teams and its practices. The sales team's attrition is very high. More than 70% of the team has revamped in the last 18 months. They do not invest in any tools which helps associates to perform better and still expect to get results which is near to impossible as luck only can save. Very poor client retention due to the negligence & influence of other teams which can hit your incentives directly. It can only be seen as a tele-marketing whereas the management instructs to keep calling and are not allowed to try hands at different outreaches. Their HR policies on employent bond can be of a great set back. For whoever reads this, I would recommend not to accept offer of employments if you are triggered to sign a bond. The HR is of no use. They are unapproachable and cannot help you in any way.
