Pros

Cons
Still run very much like a small family business but part of a huge worldwide group, this is good and bad: -They don't pay especially well. -Onboarding of new staff isn't well structured, you're expected to hit the ground running. -I experienced quite a strong culture of extreme personal views, social and political etc expressed openly in the office. For example, I heard quite a lot of homophobic and transphobic comments openly expressed. I have friends in the LGBT community and it made me feel uncomfortable however I also didn't feel confident that reporting it to HR would have been taken seriously and word would have got back to the people involved. However I believe that at group level, this would have been taken extremely seriously.
